Any conversation data containing customer information is permanently deleted from our Claude workspace on a weekly basis.
- Aggregated data: We may share anonymized, aggregated information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you with business partners or for research purposes.
- Legal compliance: We may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Fort Knox, our users, or the public.
- Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the successor entity, subject to the same privacy protections.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as our business relationship continues and, where you have not requested otherwise, for marketing purposes thereafter. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us using the information in Section 11, and we will honor that request subject to any legal retention obligations.
AI conversation logs containing customer data are permanently deleted from our Claude workspace on a weekly basis, independent of the general retention for business operations and customer relationship purposes.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:
- Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
- Access controls limiting who may access personal information

While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
