We bend the body from a single sheet of thick American steel, then fully weld remaining seams inside and out. This creates a rigid shell that resists racking, prying, and heat deformation.
All bolts are live on every Model. Select Models add 4-way engagement corner bolts. Large-diameter bolt work, tight tolerances, and 1:1 bolt-to-frame alignment convert pry force into dead weight.
Internal or external hinges, same security either way. If an external hinge is cut, the door stays locked and closed.

Closed-door furnace, nine internal thermocouples at known hot spots, rapid rise to target temperature, then steady soak. The test ends when any sensor reaches 350 F interior. This prevents cold-spot passes and proves uniform protection.
Type-C fireboard is mechanically secured with welded anchors to prevent slump. We do not rely on glue. Glue softens in heat and can let interiors and fireboard pull away from the walls, destroying protection.
Two-stage sealing: the Palusol fire seal activates at 212°F and expands to fill the door gap. A dedicated smoke seal slows heat and smoke before activation, buying the safe precious time.
By using welded anchors, we suspend the Type-C fireboard off the outer wall to form a dead air gap. This cavity acts as an insulator and significantly reduces heat flow into the interior.
